  7.  1. All copyrights to EMH are exclusively owned by 
  8.     JSC AtomPark Software.
  9.  
  10.  2. You can use trial version of EMH as long as you want, 
  11.     but to access all functions you must purchase the full 
  12.     version. Ordering methods can be found in the file
  13.     order.txt or on our Web site 
  14.     http://www.massmailsoftware.com/buy/emh.htm

  16.  3. Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive 
  17.     license to use EMH on one computer at a time (i.e. a single cpu), 
  18.     for any legal purpose.  The registered EMH 
  19.     may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently 
  20.     transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms 
  21.     of this license.  If the software is an update, the 
  22.     transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  24.  4. The EMH unregistered trial version, may be freely 
  25.     distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the 
  26.     distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  27.     company may charge a fee for the distribution of EMH 
  28.     without written permission from the copyright holder. 
  29.     The EMH unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  30.     distributed with any other package without written 
  31.     permission of the copyright holder.

  33.  5. To purchase EMH, you must fill out the online registration 
  34.     form and pay the license fee. See order.txt or go to
  35.     http://www.massmailsoftware.com/buy/emh.htm to get more info.

  37.     Registering the program you receive a 1-Year registration
  38.     key and free access to the technical support by e-mail.
  39.     After 1-year period you can upgrade your key for the
  40.     special low price on our site. Otherwise you can not
  41.     install newer versions.

  43.  6. EMH IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  44.     KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  45.     THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, 
  46.     LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING 
  47.     OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  49.  7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, 
  50.     sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse 
  51.     engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any 
  52.     subset of the licensed program, except as provided for 
  53.     in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  54.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this
  55.     license and may result in criminal and/or civil 
  56.     prosecution.

  58.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved 
  59.     by AtomPark Software.

  61.  8. Installing and using EMH signifies acceptance of 
  62.     these terms and conditions of the license.

  64.  9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you 
  65.     must remove EMH files from your storage devices and 
  66.     cease to use the product.
